Frequently Asked Questions

What do you mean by 'woven glass' in your ornament descriptions?
Great question! Our woven glass ornaments and tree toppers are meticulously hand crafted by master artisans out of glass rods that are heated until they can be bent and weaved by hand.

How are they powered?
Our patent pending technology allows our ornaments to be powered by any standard holiday light strand - even those found on pre lit trees. Each ornament is equipped with a universal adapter that allows it to plug into any empty bulb socket along the strand.

If a bulb burns out can it be replaced?
Our lighting technology uses LEDs which are rated for over 100,000 hours of use. If used seasonally, there is no need to worry about bulb burn-out. Also, we offer a one-year limited warranty on all of our technology.

How does the 'rainbow light' work?
Our rainbow LED light kaleidoscopes through a myriad of colors - twinkling, shifting and blending to create an effect that is truly spectacular when combined with our handmade art glass designs and is like nothing else out in the market today! This effect is produced by a microchip inside the ornament that randomly controls different colored LEDs to turn on and off. When first turned on, the ornament phases through one to two cycles of solid colors before it reaches its desired state.

I purchased two ornaments last year and received four more as gifts this Christmas. I love them! Unfortunately, when I plug one of my ornaments in, it doesn't light up. Help- it's my favorite one! What should I do?
First of all, we offer a 1 year warranty on our technology, so don't worry. Secondly, finding a truly defective ornament is rare. Most likely, the 'fingers' on the adjustable plug are not making proper contact inside the socket. Most lighting issues can be solved by following the trouble-shooting steps below:

  1. Unplug ornament from light socket.
  2. Using your fingernail gently spread the two 'fingers' of the ornament plug apart.
  3. Look to make sure the wires coming out of the ends of the ornament plug are running straight down the sides of the 'fingers' (see image below).
  4. Plug the ornament back into the light socket. If the ornament does not light once plugged into the socket but the light string does, then there may be a defect with the ornament. If both the ornament and the light string do not light, there may be a problem with the light string.
